Suvastu Preetul Heights Handover Ceremony

We are very proud by giving the handover of one of our most prestigious residential projects Suvastu Peertul Heights. Located @ Plot # 8/6, Aurangazeb Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207, on 18th August 2021.

It’s an eight storied building complex with a basement and a total of 28 nos. apartments (04 nos. apartments per floor). Every aspect of comfort in living with wind and natural light has been accommodating which makes the building a dream place for everyone. Mr. Mojibur Rahman Sarker (Head of Marketing, Sales & Land Procurement) gave a warm welcome to all by his speech. During the handover ceremony, all the landowners & clients, with their family members were present and the officials of Suvastu Space Development Limited were also present. Representing the owners, Dr. Shahnaz Chowdhury (proposed president of the Suvastu Preetul Heights owner’s association) expressed their feeling of getting their expected residence and beyond in this pandemic situation.

The honorable General Manager Engr. Md. Abdur Razzaque of Suvastu Space Development Limited informed to the owners about the facilities after the handover which would be given by SDL. Suvastu Development Limited assured the landowner & Clients to be with them even after the project handover.
